We are very fortunate to be able to observe sea birds all year round and then within a matter of hours move to the upper rock and botanical gardens. Here we can observe species like...

treecreepers
finches
wrens
martins
swallows
warblers
flycatchers
shrikes
owls
nightjars
hoopoes
...and also birds of prey.
Some of the above mentioned birds can be seen wintering here and others can be seen when the bird migration returns and it won't be long before it is in full swing and we can't wait.
